Hi all,
I have been lurking around this site for a little while trying to learn what I can. We (My wife, two daughters, and me) got eight day old red or brown leghorns from a local feed store about seven weeks ago. They have grown quickly and we just finished a coop for them to live in. We cannot wait for them to start producing eggs. It's been quite an investment so far, so I hope these are some great eggs. I will continue to lurk around here and occasionally contribute. Thanks for a great site.
