Hi everyone. So glad we found this sight. My wife and I don't have any chickens yet but I started the process of designing then building a coop. Haven't really completely decided on a breed yet either. Looking forward to it though. Seems to be a great site with knowledgeable people.

Getting your plans in place first is the way to go, IMO.

To select the breeds that do best there you can post in the "where am I, where are you" forums, there are a lot of folks from Fl here!
