Hello from Central IL

Hello everyone! I just joined this great group! I live in Central IL and we have 6 week old Mallard girl ducks, 12 Rhode Island Reds and 5 chickens that we don't know what they are. We also have one outside cat. This is our first time being chicken/duck owners and I thought we could learn a lot and also have lots of fun on this site. I am so excited! One of my childhood dreams was to own a white duck. Althought I don't have a white duck yet, seeing 5 pretty Mallard ducklings turn into beautiful ducks was something else. Anyway, just wanted to say hi.
