Hello from Central Ontario

Hi there! Wondering who else is from this area, I am just north of Toronto by about 45 minutes. Starting with a few laying hens. Would love to know what companies and resources are out there in this area.
Also would love to know what everyone here does with the chickens when its below zero here?
