Hello Everybody! We are new to chickens and new to the forum, so we will take all the advice we can get!
(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
Yes, we are new to chickens. We got 10 little chickens about 3 weeks ago.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now? 10
(3) What breeds do you have?
Rhode Island Red, Barred Rock, Australorp, and Silver Laced Wyandottes
(4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com?
I was searching for helpful advice on raising healthy chickens.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
I'm a wife and mommy to 3 kiddos, and a dog. I live in a very small Christian community, where everyone works for the same non-profit employer, and I couldn't be happier.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share. Stay at home mommy to 2 girls ages 13 and 11, and 1 boy age 3.
