East tex here......3000 ....wow ambitious. Rock on , darn its hot, make lotts of vents! mine dont even have a building =per=say. I have a commercial nesting box mounted to a chain link fence dog run, with hardware cloth , 2ft underground and 4 ft up with metal roof , and they still require frozen water bottlel and ice in water daily
