I've been to this site hundreds of times so it's about time I became a member! Since moving out of the city (Raleigh, NC) 3 years ago, my husband & I have been thinking about starting our own chicken coop. Plenty of space out here in the country, and no city restrictions. I am brand new to owning chickens, but my husband has prior experience (thank goodness!). I love all the coops pictures posted by members, and everyone here sounds so helpful. Glad to finally be part of the flock!
