Hello Everyone,
I am new to this site and new to chickens as well...live ones at least
Just want to find out if there are others in CT who have chickens in their back yard and how things are going with laws in the state. My husband and I decided to raise our own birds as he began eating fresh chicken eggs. That was all it took. He has been eating fresh eggs for close to two years now. We have the chance to buy a home in CT and just want to make sure we can have birds.
We currently live in Shelton where birds are allowed. Problem is...homes for sale in this town are scarce so it's outside we go. Thanks for all the great articles and pictures. It is encouraging to see so many people trying to live a more natural, stress free life and be more independent.
