Thanks for the warm welcome everybody! I'll get some pics up soon.

I had a bad day yesterday when I found my favorite roo had been attacked by a hawk. He was the coolest and sweetest chicken we had. He would let us pick him up and he actually seemed to enjoy being pet. My daughter would carry him around with her and put him in my sons Tonka dump truck, he would actually stay in there for a short time. He will be missed!

I can already see how this is an addiction! I already have plans for a larger coop next year! I am also in the process of building an incubator out of an old kids dresser we had laying around. Don't tell the wife
