Hello from da bayou in Louisiana

Hi. My wife and I bought our first 6 hen chicks last Friday. I have a completely free recycled coop. Didn't pay for anything used recycled crates from work. We have never owned chickens before and are in it for the eggs. We are anxious to observe and enjoy our Hens. No names for them yet, we agreed to wait for the feathers to fully come in.

If you bought them as chicks, there is a good chance that one of your pullets could actually be a cockerel unless you bought sex linked birds. Post pics and we will help you out.
