Hello everyone. We are new to the boards.
After a few years wanting to get some chickens, we finally decided to get some chicks. We got 6 White Rocks, 4 Rhode Island Reds, 1 Rhode Island Reds rooster and 1 Barred Plymouth Rock roo. We got them all as 1 days old and now they just over the 5 months old. I kids just love them, but my kids really want to get a couple chicks we can show next year at 4-H events. We are new to this, so I do not know where I should go to get them. I am located in Maryland and would love to support a fairly local person.
Any help would be great.
