Hello everyone...I am so excited and very nervous about this new adventure! My family is working on a dream[IMG]. We have a farmette as of July, and we are hoping to get set up for 6 or so chickens this spring. Looking for lots of advice as all of you are experts to me[IMG][IMG]!

You may also want to post on your state thread - just put "Illinois state thread," in the search box and it will pop up. You will be able to get a lot of information specific to your area and climate from other Illinoisians. Maybe you will have chicken folk close enough to actually speak with and visit.
