Glad to have found the forum. It's been years since I had chickens and now that I am on a ranch which conveniently came with a chicken "house" already, I just had to get back into it. And this forum is a fountain of information!
I have 11 "Chix:, as I like to call the ladies. One of them died a few days ago, so my dozen is broken
I'm going to be acquiring some new girls for the flock tomorrow. So excited!
