Hello from dreary NY 👋

Welcome to BYC. I hope your staying warm on Lake Erie. I have fond memories staying at the cottages and camping on Lake Erie.
Especially, Waldamere Park in the 60's and 70's. Great place.
We are so EGGcited you decided to join us.
Pictures Please, we Love Flock pictures.
I'm doing my best to stay warm and dry. We had to kick the house heater on over the weekend. I think this is the earliest we have done that since we moved here 4 years ago. We do have a fireplace, but it only heats up the living room and kitchen. Well since you asked for pic's, I'm only to happy to share :wee
This is Peter Pan and Foxy Lady, my bantam roo who was the first one to crow earning him his name and his lady friend. She was named by my daughter before PP was named.

Beautiful! 💖💕

Pretty chickens! Good for you. To keep their feet warm & free from frost bite, make sure you have a 2x4 for the roost. They roost on the 4" part. If the 2" edges are rough, just sand them.
Burrr, too cold for me!
It's that cold damp wind from the Lake I remember. Burrr! from Sunny hot n humid Florida. Its gonna be 84 today. I know, I'm bragging. Lol
