Happy to be a new member! I've had my current flock of 11 ladies for over a year. They are mixed breeds. I'm hoping to get them a Romeo tomorrow..going to go slow with it, and hopefully all goes well

Hi from East Texas. We currently have 9 adults and have 16 young teens. We live in north east Texas. We started our flock 2 years ago. We have EE, 2 silkies, and one red. We have lost a few unfortunately over this summer.

Hey fellow hatchling! Lol wow, nice size flock..I lost my only rooster this past summer too..looking to get a new one tomorrow. Although the ladies really seem happy without one

Lol we "accidentally" ended up with a beautiful or should I say handsome rooster. We purchased a group of EEs and one ended up being a rooster even though they said they were all pullets.
