Hi Everyone,
My Name is Melissa I Live in Lanark County, in Ontario
I Raise Brown Chinese Geese, Large White Muscovy Ducks, Japanese Bantams, I also have a variety of other breeds hanging around, but my focus is the Japs, Chinese and Muscovies. I also raise Beef Cattle, Sheep, Boer/Nubian Goats, and Horses. I also have NZ's and Flemish Rabbits
I have been raising poultry for several years. Built my first coop with my Grandpa at 12, now at 24 the coop is still going strong with my flock of layers, but I have expanded to the bunck barn and yards surrounding!
I'm a 4-H leader leading the sheep club, Rabbit Agility, Crafts, Christmas Club etc and work full time off our farm. Farming is in my blood, and lucky for me I found a very supportive husband! Our farm is opperating by my parents, me and my husband. We all work full time off the farm, but still make it work!
