I just posted in the Duck threads about our Muscovy duck situation. Can anyone advise?

Momma duck is randomly laying 1 egg in our yard but then doesn't sit on it and no nest. Is that her present to our family?

. Do you have any idea how old she is? It's not uncommon for ducks to lay eggs randomly without building a nest.
