What is the temp in the room they are in at night? Since you are in FL you are good to go in the daytime without any heat lamps.

they were the first day, but then we turned the ac off and they have been better. We have the bulb but not the correct lamp!
 
right now we have them inside our "clubhouse" at our barn. We keep the ac on during the day cause we have a horse camp. But i keep a normal lightbulb on during the day. And we turn the ac off during the night. We just got a heat lamp, so that will be put in tomorrow!
