Hello everyone. My name is Brenda and I am so glad I found this website/forum. My 14 year old son has decided to take on a new challenge of raising chickens. All of our boys (3 of them) have been involved with 4-H and FFA and we have raised show pigs for 14 years. This chicken thing is new to me. Friends of ours have many chickens (show chickens too) so my son knows a lot about them already but still needs to learn a lot. He is raising hens right now because he wants to start selling eggs (a little business adventure for him). He eventually wants to get a rooster and raise chicks to sell. And also get into showing one or 2 at our county fairs.

So I am sure I'll have MANY questions
