I am a new mom to 2 new chicks now 3 wks old. One Buff Orp named Beatrice and one Black Australorp named Matilda. I started with a makeshift brooder with lamp etc in plastic tub. They will graduate to junior suite (super large wire dog crate) probably this week until coop and run are finished. Oh the joy these birds bring me.
