Hallo und herzlich willkommen auf BYC!

That's about the extent of my German (other than 'nein'), Glad to have you here. Back in 2004 I had the pleasure of visiting your country and absolutely LOVED it! We were in Munich (Munchen if I remember correctly?) and had so much fun visiting the museums, touring a castle, eating wonderful meals and everyone was so helpful to us stumbling lost Americans. And before anyone asks, no, we weren't there for Oktoberfest, lol, we went in Jan-Feb and it was great...no lines for anything.

Hope to go back again some day. Nice to have you here!
