Hello everyone! I am Debbie and I hail from Central Texas (about 30 miles north of Austin). My husband and I are new to raising chickens and have LOTS of questions for sure. We are currently raising Red Sex Link and Black Sex Link chickens AND we have one baby Pullet.
Since we began, we lost three of our Red Sex Link chicks and one of the Black Sex Link chicks. We have learned a great deal about securing the coop from predators. My husband now refers to the coop as Fort Cluck!
I will post photos next time I log in.
Also, does anyone know of any tools for managing my stock? Like I said, we are so very new to this and of course, I don't want to over do, but it makes sense to keep up with it.
Thank you for your wisdom and thanks to the moderators for offering this forum and we look forward to interacting with you all!
Have a great day!
