Hello, I'm Sonya. We just received our babies last Tuesday and have been so excited to have them in our life. We have 11 Golden Comets (because our chicken math was way off) that are now a week old. We are first-timers so we are learning everything we can about keeping poultry for eggs. We have been gardening for over 10 years. So we have a little experience with gardening and keeping animals. We had a dog and several saltwater fish. Real lovers of animals. We were hit by Hurricane Florence a year and a half ago and we are still living in an RV! (long story) So allowing my kids to learn how to raise chicken is a great distraction for them. We are a family of six. My husband and son have been diligently working on building a chicken tractor for them. I can't wait until it is complete!
