My name is Kei 40years old tattooist living in Seki ,central part of Japan. I Just find your forum and I think I'm going to need your help in immediate future since my wife is bringing couple of fertile eggs this week if not tomorrow,I already have 12quails so we thinking of expanding the homestead and adding couple of ukokkei or Japanese silkie for the quality eggs ,last night I finished the incubator and now it's in the testing phase automatic turner is still in progress so I'll have to finish that in next couple days as well as brooder and coop and run .thank you for having me here I'll post the progress and what I've done so far in appropriate forums, all the best

Thank you ,it's good to know that there is people with same interest not so far away Nagoya is an hour drive though I never been to chicken farm,I'll research where it is and go to see it in near future ,any info appreciated .btw what kind of poultry you keep?

It is a mixed type farm but they have a great poultry info section if you have good Japanese. I am only able to read hiragana atm so I just like the pictures ^^

I'm working at eikawa in an appt so I am not in a good situation to be responsible for anything or anyone but myself sadly.

Also, I'm probably going again tomorrow, there is a fest near the local train station. I'm going in the morning so I think I'll be able to get to Nagoya by 12. Petting chickes starts at 1:30ish. OMG. I feel so bad for them because they are so scared but, at the same time...... CHICKIES~!

Awesome ,thank you for the info,looking forward to go there I hope they work during the weekdays since weekends are my busiest days of the week .
