My husband is building a coop as we speak...we have 14 acres of land....and was wondering of letting them ...free range and than calling htem in at night...

Also.....we are torn between barred rock and Americauona.............................

from Central Florida!!!! and good luck choosing they are both wonderful birds In my opinion barred rocks are nicer looking but americaunas have really nice eggs

But thats my opinion.
