Hi! I'm Lisa I have 14 hens 2 roosters and 1 Duck! We bought them in March. We have been collecting eggs now for about 2 months. I have a mixture of breeds. Most are pretty friendly. The rooster don't like me and on hen would rather fly up and land on my back!
I am married with 4 daughters and 2 stepsons. We have 14 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
I love anything to do with outdoors. garden animals, lake, pool, ballgames. I also love to spend time with family, sew, crafts, draw, paint and cook. I will try anything once.
I also have a ferret, dog, 3 birds 2 turtles and many fish. These are actually my granddaughters that live with me.
I look forward to visiting this site often. I found it on google as I wanted to find out the average size of an egg. I collected eggs this morning and had one 3 and half inches by 5 and a half inches around! The egg carton wouldn't even close all the way!!!
