Hello from Kentucky!

This is actually my second post, but it comes minutes after the other so I hope you'll forgive me. XD As the title says I live in Kentucky, and right now I have a pair of silky chickens, 1 white and 1 black, of currently unknown gender lol, and about 5 golden pheasant chicks which are mere days from hatching. This is my first hatch in many years. My last was a batch of about 30 coternix quail eggs. My first hatch was my favorite so far though. I had some pet ducks who had a nest going. This opossum began raiding and I feared losing them all so I snatched a couple eggs and put them in one of those Chick Bator things. Poor guys were stacked on top of each other it was so small, and yet I managed to get 1 duckling out of them! He grew up very tame, so I could walk up and pick him up even after he got used to life on a pond lol.

So anyway! Theres my hatching history. XD Nice to be here. I'm enjoying reading all the info. Last time I hatched this kind of info wasn't available on the web. XD
