Hello all. My wife and I live in Ky, I’m from here she is originally from Oklahoma. We are cattle farmers. We also have a garden and of course chickens. I have had chickens most years for most of my adult life. My mother always had to have White Leghorns, I always had a few others like Barred Rocks or Red Stars. This year we have 8 New Hampshire’s, 2 Barred Rocks, 11 Black Australorps, and two mystery birds that I referenced in another post. We enjoy having fresh eggs and also have sold some eggs as well.
