Hello :frow and Welcome to BYC! Ya, Chicken Math gets us all sooner or later. If you are wanting to sell some of yours, Craigslist is usually a good place to try, especially for extra roosters, as are fliers in farm or feed stores where you can buy chicken feed. With the Marans vs BSL, you may not be able to tell for sure especially if the Marans aren't to standard. Marans often have feathered legs, are bigger birds, and usually the red neck feathers are only on the neck, the BSLs often will have red on the chest and over more of the body. Of course there is always the eggs, Marans pullets should lay a lot darker egg than the BSL.

I think we're going to keep the hens we have. Need to get rid of some Roos,though. I think there's around 20 out there

Way to many roos - if you want fertile eggs for hatching - one roo can handle 10 hens. Too many roos and the hens get overbred to the point of damage. Have you visited The Learning Center - lots of informative stuff there, a great place to start.
 
The roos are separated. They roam the yard during the day while the hens have the house and run. Then at night we put the hens in the house, roos in the run
