What a small world. I am a native of Florida, and was born and raised in Lakeland! I have been in SC for 20 years now. My boyfriend's parents are in north Lakeland and have had chickens for years. His mom is crazy for her peeps, I think she has had up to 30 at one time. But the coons and hawks have gotten quiet a few these last few years.
