Hello all! My name is Renee, After a few years of studying up and watching the "backyard chickens" community, we are officially a new chicken family! We brought home our six pullets on Tues afternoon, I believe they are Gold Sex Link Chickies (?) they are adorable and happy set up in their cozy brooder! My youngest son is in love with them he calls them "The McNuggets" (ha -a six pack) Just wanted to say hello! I am a 40 year old mother of two sons, one 19 in the US Army, and one 10. We have a huge property and always wanted to have livestock, now we do! <3
