Thanks for the advice 'fellow Mainer', on the swaps. I am looking for a few Silkie hens, but since I'm a Newb, can't post a wanted yet.. haha Do the swaps have adults, or mainly chicks? I can't wait to go, sounds like fun.. Thanks again all!

Good, I can't wait! I am planning a new big coop~ goin bigger than I need because I know I will end up with more than I am planning. I just love chickens running around the yard during the day.. And they cut down the ticks and bug population, which is awful already with all this rain we have had!
