Hi. Glad to see this site. My husband is the chicken man at our house but I enjoy them too. We are retired; and after getting rid of our small herd of mixed breed cattle we think we might be able tackle chickens. We have at this time; 2 Buff Polish( Prim and her husband Proper); 2 Barred Rocks-Bertha and Barney;Henry, the New Hampshire and his wives Henny all 9 of them;Mr.Orpington and his wives - no names yet, also 5 assorted Cochin batchlors and 2 Cochin ladies 1 mottled and one buff; unfortunately none of the batchlors match. We have about 6 WILD CATS - we know they are there as the food is gone and the is the odd sighting. Also have 2 tame barn cats Katie and Mickey and we must not forget our Norwegian Elkhound Daisy. In summer we have several horses come to eat the grass in our huge yard. The neighbour children also love to call in and visit the animals. Oh, I forgot the ducks-Donald and Dilly the Muscoveys and 2 of their yearlings male and female No Names yet. And 2 Rouens Richard and Regina. And that's it folks!

WELCOME!!!!
