Hello From Marion, Arkansas

I have been considering for a a few years now getting some chickens of my own for the backyard. Have spent numerous hours studying the subject and even have a coop designed. The only real hurdle I have is finding out if it is even legal here in Marion, Arkansas. So from a newbie to others who might be in the area, is it legal in our hometown?

I did a quick search for your town and everything I kept reading kept taking me to your county... long story short it appears to me that the city or county ordinances are not online... you're supposed to contact the County Clerk for any questions

I live in that area and yes 5 hens are allowed.
