Hello to all. I joined the forum to do research on chickens. I plan on building my coop and run over the winter and getting the birds in spring. Thanks in advance for all of the help.


(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?

Yes.

(2) How many chickens do you have right now?

Zero, Plan on having 8.

(3) What breeds do you have?

Will need to figure this one out. I am looking for egg laying chickens that are easy to care for and not overally aggressive.

Google search.

(5) What are some of your other hobbies?

Hunting and sports
