Hello everyone. I'm new to the forum and to chicks. We got 50 chicks two weeks ago and what an adventure it is! My two boys are excited for them to grow up. My youngest "can't wait to be woken up by a rooster!" We'll see how he feels about that in a couple of months!
We have recently moved to Jefferson City, MO and are beginning to live out, albeit very small scale, our dreams for a simpler lifestyle. We've got 2 1/2 acres, an old farmhouse, and chicks. Goats will come eventually. We've also begun our first large garden, so things are slowly falling into place.
I look forward to all of the wisdom that I will gain on this forum. Thank you in advance for all of your help and wisdom.
