Selling Unfertilized Goose Eggs

No one I know buys them, and we don't have any on the shelf. No one is interested in mine either, but I would say you should be asking double what farm fresh chicken eggs are going for since they're 2 to 4 times the size.

Okay, fair answer. But let me rephrase - now that I have a few more goose eggs than I need, what price would have them easily sold but not selling myself too short? How much are they going for outside of California?

More than anyone wants to pay.

The Asian grocery stores in the Bay Area sells them $18 a piece. Yes, just for one. And they’re so hard to find because they go quickly. I saw another farm in SoCal sell a dozen for $120. Where in CA are you?
