(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
I guess you could say, yes I am. My mother and dad used to raise them when I was a child but we moved to the city when I was 8. Last April my mom randomly decided to readopt the hobby.

(3) What breeds do you have?
I don't know to be honest. I am planning on posting pictures of my chickens in the near future

(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
seeing their behaviors and reactions. they are so funny sometimes. And all the eggs we can eat!

They are integrated. We have tried seperating the Roosters but we haven't figured out the right method. They fight over certain females quite often and we don't know how to get them all to get along. We are considering getting rid of 7 of the Roosters because they are just creating major unnecessary chaos!

That was a typo LOL. Supposed to be 24 Hens, 10 Roosters. I edited the First post.
Still... That's a high ratio unless they free range and separate into their own flocks.
