Lol. Yeah were in the rainy/frozen part. about an hour south of kansas city.

Right now we have a mixed flock of10 months olds; Ameraucanas, Rhode island reds, silver wyandottes, buff Orpingtons, and barred rocks, hoping to add some black copper marans and either golden campines or brown leghorns to the flock this spring. Thank you for asking, I've read lots of the threads on the page since before I got them, only just now finally registered lol...also we raise meat rabbits and I'm a bee keeper

Its a little pricey to first get into, but I lucked out, I'm second generation so "most" of my stuff has been "handed down"... otherwise the wife would of killed me lol, however its definitely my most rewarding hobby.
