Just introducing myself. Im Scott and I live in Mississippi. I am currently raising different breeds of quail. I sell babies, eggs and also pickled eggs.

Pickled eggs! I am raising bantum chickens who are now about 13 weeks old and want to pickle those tiny eggs. Yum! I think they will look great in a jar and plan to give them as gifts.

Thanks for the welcomes. I have already learned great stuff from some forums i have read. My pickling is coming along great. There are several little country stores here that are already buying them faster than I can pickle them. I have also learned alot on hatching my little quails. I have done well with the things I have read on here!

Scotty - There was a good article in Back Yard Poultry magazine this month on quails. It almost got me thinking of getting some, but I have enough to do with chickens and my garden.
