It's nice to know you are minutes away from getting help with questions and emergencies! I always check in the "What's New" section as well at the top of this page. Hello everyone. I just moved into a new house and have been busy building a chicken coop out of a child's play fort. I haven't had chickens in 30 years so I am very excited. My chicks arrive April 21 so I'm working everyday getting their coop and run ready.

I am excited for you.

Please think about covering your run with hardware cloth and adding a roof.
Think about adding more ventilation to your coop and the stairs...the stairs are too steep.
