Hello from myrtle beach sc!

I have a week old chick that is standing a lot and sleeping (while standing)much more than all the others. It's breathing seems labored and at times raspy. As soon as I noticed I separated it from the others.... I have syringe fed it water with a.c.v. And some electrolyte mix...since doing this it has gone poop,it was slightly watery and brown in color.......haven't seen this before...any help
