I hope you enjoy being a BYC member. There are lots of friendly and very helpful folks here so not only is it overflowing with useful information it is also a great place to make friends and have some fun.

If you would like to share Pictures and Stories of your flock, you have come to the right place. BYC’ers never tire of these and do not back away slowly or commence eye rolling when the photo album or home videos come out ;)

We used the girls for yummy fresh eggs for personal eating pleasure and resale and the roo-roos hung around as an alarm system and yard art. We are looking to return to having many of the same and even more. I really want some Speckled Sussex. I cannot wait to let the crazy chicken person come out again. :ya

Besides the chickens we have one cat Milo who is our fur baby. :love

Thank you for the warm welcome. The coop and pen are coming along well. We have alot of the studding up. We are using an old metal shed that came with the purchase of our home. I am getting so excited. Thank you for the video on how to navigate the site. It will be helpful.

I love picture especially those from the flock.
