Hello from Nampa, ID/ Anaconda, MT!

Hello all! I’m new here, not new to chickens though, grew up with chickens, ducks, and geese at my grandparent’s house and chickens and turkeys at my home. I had a few chickens about 10 years ago, then we had to move and haven’t been in a place to get more. We’re hoping to move to Nampa, ID soon (MIL, FIL, and SIL all live there, so next to family is nice, right?).

I’ve love to have chickens, ducks, and a couple geese. .

I have a hard time understanding vague ordinances like “no noisy animals” because there’s some I don’t think are too noisy, like a rooster for instance, I find them a lot more quiet than barking dogs, lol. Oh well.

I have been a lurker on BYC for many many many years.

I’m not sure yet, I’ve always just had an assortment of different chickens depending entirely on what was available at the feed store, lol. I’d love some easter eggers though!
