Alittle more about me. Even though Ive never had chickens myself I did live on farmland next to neighbors with livestock and helped them. I also was a wildlife volunteer for a few years and saved wild injured birds. I have started a first aid kit for my chickens. I was also a volunteer at the humane society in catawba valley. As you can see I love animals. 3 of our 5 dogs require medication and we dont mind taking care of them.
Im so glad to finaly found a friendly large chicken group for questions and stories. Ill try to post pics soon of my little flock. Lots of love Valarie
