Newbie here from Reno, Nevada! I've been lurking for some time and finally decided to join the fun! Here's a list of the furred, feathered and scaled family: 3 Rotties (Teah, Talyn and Anja), 2 cats (Pasch and Meeko), 2 cockatiels (Papa and Sassy), 1 corn snake (Chispa), 3 9wk old buff orpingtons (Ginger, Daisy and Lucy) and 2 6wk old lavender orpingtons (Ashley - possible cockerel and Silvia - more than likely pullet).
I had chickens when I was younger and I had a blast with them! I showed my girls with the FFA and I also had some nice meat birds. This started my love and fascination with poultry and now that we've settled into our house I'm truly excited to get going with some new birds! Unfortunately we can't keep any roosters
but I will be very happy with my girls!
