Very light tan/pink almost pale-ish

She's definitely an Easter Egger. Our EEs are my granddaughter's (pictured in my avatar) favorite chickens. She loves their colored eggs.

Since she is your only loner - I think it would be best NOT to try and put new chickens in with her. Maybe she would like to be a house pet. There is a good thread on BYC called People with house chickens.
Some birds prefer to be with people, and I think she is one of them. Welcome to BYC
