Welcome to BYC, Shelby. Glad you decided to join our flock. Which part of northern California are you in? My family and I raised chickens for 7 years in the Corning area. If you haven't done so already, definitely our Learning Center at https://www.backyardchickens.com/atype/1/Learning_Center. There is loads of useful information there. You're welcome. I've been to Chico many times. We used to drive down to Chico quite frequently and eat Mexican food; either at Casa Lupe or La Comida. You have a beautiful flock. Thanks for posting the pic. :eek:)
 
Hello Gita, and any of you Nor Cal folks,
I address you Gita as you seem to be online now according to your latest thread. Do any of you you of anybody in the northern California region who would hatch (broody or incubator) a brace of about 2 dozen eggs on shares? Half are White Silkies and the other are Delawares. I don't want to sell anything; just share. The BYC outfit is a great group. You may call me anytime, day or night at 209-327-2068
