Hey all!
I grew up with chickens and last year my husband, our kids and I moved to acreage in Northern Michigan and added chickens to our lives.
I've currently got a mixed coop of ducks, a guinea pair and 2 dozen ish chickens. I plan on building a separate coop this spring to add a bantam flock to the mix (they're my favorites).
We've got brahmas, a buff orpington rooster, wyandottes, australorps and a Tractor Supply hen who has fluffy cheeks and is solid black (no clue what she is really).
We've got a mix of about 2.5 dozen ducks: Cayuga's, Khaki's, Runners and a buff and a blue swede duck.
We've also got goats and rabbits on our little homestead as well as 6 human offspring (2 girls, 4 boys).
