Hello from Nova Scotia, Canada

Hi There,

I'm new, to here and to chickens. I've been enjoying this site and the information from it for the past few months and figured it was time to get an account and get engaged, so to speak.

I live in Nova Scotia, Canada. It is a cool -22C here this morning.

I have 10 heritage hens (9 different breeds) and as it turns out, not by design, 1 rooster (Buttercup).

Yesterday we got our first 2 TWO eggs! It was so exciting.

Anyway, I wanted to say hello. I have LOTS of questions but will read through more of these posts and see if I can find the answers first.
